Attendance

Regular weekly attendance is encouraged to support consistent progress and musical development.

Tuition & Payment

Tuition is due monthly in advance unless otherwise arranged. Missed lessons are subject to the studio cancellation policy.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling. If illness strikes with short notice (less than 24 hours), makeup lessons will be offered when possible. For absences longer than 2 lessons, a 1-month notice is requested.

Practice Expectations

Regular home practice is essential. Practice expectations will be discussed and adjusted according to the student’s age, level, and goals.

Performance Opportunities

Students may be offered performance opportunities such as studio recitals. Participation is encouraged but not required and is based on readiness.

Materials

Students are responsible for purchasing required books and materials as recommended.

Withdrawing from Lessons

Need to take a break? Please note that a minimum of 2-lesson notice is required for terminating regular lessons.
